West Power Services replaced the shocks on my Winnebago yesterday and I was impressed with their level of professionalism and service. I booked the appointment with Mark Atwood and was greeted by Mark when I arrived. The shop was prepared for my arrival and my RV was taken to the shop within minutes of walking in. I was given updates as the work progressed and surprised when the mechanic came in with my keys upon completion, as it was finished in the timeframe I was given when I made the appointment. It was an extremely fair price and I would highly recommend West Power Services to anyone. My drive home was very comfortable. Thanks guys!

Mike and his crew are superb at addressing all your Diesel repairs and an annual p.m. services. I suggest highly you go with these guys if you don’t wanna have to deal with any headaches. Get the job done right the first time.

After calling several various shops in the Nashville area and getting all kinds of excuses why they couldn't help me, I called West Power Services reference my exhaust leak. Spoke with Mark explained my problem.He said bring it in they could take care of it.
Arrived met with Mike & Mark went over the issue told me go have lunch it be ready when we came back 😀 Didn't finish lunch and they called said done. These guys are so accommodating and friendly just outstanding service!!! Very fair price!!!
These guys know motorhomes if you got a problem ..... call them!!!

Every time I call West Power Services I'm met with a helpful voice and honest timelines. That is half the battle in today's world with calling to schedule services for anything. Mark, Mike, Donovan, and the whole team are all amazing! Our Newmar is always in great hands when being worked on.
