Shout out to Bob and his crew for the great work done on motorhome!! They went above and beyond to get us repaired and back on the road again!!

Bill and the guys at West Power are my go to guys for my truck maintenance needs. I have dealt with other shops and have found that West Power is hands down the best place to have my vehicle serviced. The entire staff, from Crystal at the front desk to Bill the shop manager to Trent and Clay and the other mechanics are always friendly and listen my concerns and needs. Safe, reliable service with a smile is hard to find these days.

I manage a fleet of heavy trucks in Nashville and Goodlettsville. West Power handles all of our maintenance, repairs and emergency problems. Owner Jeff and in particular the service manager, Bill,  have exceeded my expectations in the work performed and projections for future needs. They have recently added a new outside rep that has really helped them to double down on their customers needs. Have not had a problem yet they couldn't resolve .

Always bring our trucks to the shop to do routine maintenance! If you want quick and reliable service and a honest service then this is your place!! Couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with then Bill. They seem to never disappoint in any way!!! Refuse to go anywhere else but here!!

Mr. Bill and his team go above and beyond our expectations for service. He and his team have stayed after hours on several occasions to get my trucks in and out the door . This helps down time and saves us money in the long run.

My company brings everything here from our box truck down to our vans could be a better place prices are great and they are fast at repairs.

Just took my truck in, since I have an electrical issue. Everyone is friendly and make you feel, glad to be there.

A/C quit. Trinary switch seal on the dryer leaked out all my Freon. I managed to find a switch but local Western Star dealer was booked solid so the parts guy phones ahead and sent me here. What a pleasant surprise! As soon as I pulled up to the door, two guys were on it. I think I was recharged, diagnosed, tweaked and out the door in under an hour and under a $100 plus tax. Can't beat that. Great little service shop. Thanks guys! A/C's working great.

GRIFF. is one of the best additions here come see for your self .he and all the staff know trucks front to back and up and down . They can do it all from a party buss. To a food truck . To a semi tractor or trailer no JOB is to BIG or SMALL they can handle anything right the first time. And they are up front and honest. JASON the manager will shoot you strait and up front from beginning to end!

These guys are awesome! I use them for my moving company. Very timely, affordable, and trustworthy!
